Abstract

The quick advancements of artificial intelligence create major advantages 
for healthcare especially when doctors use it to identify and manage serious 
medical problems such as cancer and heart conditions. Medical facilities use 
Clinical Decision Support Systems to improve their work processes while 
opening new possibilities for patient treatment. AI healthcare advantages 
create both medical and privacy standards issues. This study reviews the 
ethical concerns AI creates for healthcare such as the fairness of medical 
algorithms and decisions plus patients' freedoms to make their own 
choices. The strategy explains ways to keep personal health data secure. The 
paper explains how healthcare organizations can handle AI risk by setting 
up proper management structures and making AI systems easy to track 
while meeting legal privacy rules. The article explains the professional 
standards doctors need to uphold as they bring AI into their medical 
practice.
